Drannor chuckled. "Never you mind about that," he said. he smiled though, knowing that she would not be able to help asking about that. "Really its nothing to worry about." He knew eventually Auraka would get over here and tell Sahar himself. Itw as getting hard to resist telling her.
She chuckled. "Something that we won't have any trouble with," she replied. Smiling, her hand took his as she followed him out to the dance floor. "I have something for you by the way, but you can;t have it till we sit down again." She smiled at him.

Sahar
Her frown deepened, pouting slightly at Drannor. "Thats all you ever tell me anymore..." she muttered and gestured to the happy couple "them to.." She turned to face into his chest and poked him, knowing he would barely feel it. "I will find out," she told him.
Auraka
He span her neatly on the dance floor, dancing easily with her. "Really? For me?" he chuckled leaning closer to whisper into her ear "I have something for you as well."

“I have no doubt that you will. And sooner then you might think,” he added with a chuckle. “Don't worry its nothing bad that I'm hiding from you. Something good however.” Drannor smiled at her as he sat down on the seat to the other side of her that was not Gem's. “It feels good to relax though. Even if I am keeping an eye on a few different people.”
Gem chuckled. “For me? You shouldn't have,” she said, smiling at him. “All I wanted was you.” She smiled though when they headed back to their seats. Once she'd sat down, she muttered one word in the elves language, “Taragrifae.” Landing in her lap was the disguised sword. “Here, this is for you.” she smiled though, knowing he was going to love it.

Sahar
She still pouted, sitting on his lap as he sat and sighed deeply. "I still want to know..I hate not knowing," she grimaced and lent back on him with a sigh. "I'm glad your having fun," she said quietly "you should relax, its our last few days here..."
Auraka
Moving back to their seats, he blinked in surprise as she placed something before him. It was a sword. Gripping the handle, he felt the smooth purple.. scales? "Rasjar..." he muttered with a small smile, getting a growl in return "thank you Gem.." Muttering the same word as she did, a covered blade appeared before her. "And mine for you." He slowly pulled the blade free, gasping at the delicate shimmering green. It was perfect, well made. He looked over at Gem, shocked for a moment beyond words. "Did you make this yourself?" he asked after a moment, moving the blade so that light glinted off it.

She smiled. "Doesn't take much for me to plan things like that, Auraka. Every Rider gets one the colour of their dragon. I chose to make yours myself though," she replied. When she unwrapped hers though, Gaelira chuckled. "I'm guessing you have something to do with this, didn't you?" she asked the dragon. "I did. Was not easy to keep it from you either. You're very persistant." "That I am."
"You'll find out, sooner than you think you will," Drannor replied. He knew that this was a good day for all of them at the moment.

Auraka
He chuckled, eying the blade he had made for her himself, it was in every way beautiful and he was proud of his work, glad to know that it suited Gem and was worthy of her hands. "It seems odd that we think alike..." he chuckled slightly and but the bare blade away.
Sahar
She sighed, leaning back into his chest before jumping to her feet and tugging him up beside her. "Lets dance," she giggled

“It does seem to be that way.” She smiled at him happily. “I love it.” soon though, she saw her mother and father get to their feet, and Galan joined Nuala. Their family was meant to dance now. Drannor was also moving towards the dancing area with Sahar. She did note though that Ashlere was still staying where she was, unable to dance at the moment. Drannor's eyes had gone towards her for a moment. He knew that it was a little unfair that she would have to sit out of this. “Poor Ashlere. She should be up here as well. She's Nuala's daughter,” Drannor commented to Sahar as they started to dance. “All the family should be.”

Sahar looked up to Drannor before following his orbs, landing upon the lonely looking child. "It does seem that way.." she muttered sadly, thinking about telling Drannor to give her a dance. But there was no need, a young brown haired elf was already approaching her.
A blush danced within his cheeks, Faeron approaching the slightly younger girl with nervous strides. He had to talk to her, he just had to. She was so...pretty. He smiled, bowing to her slightly as he paused before her. "H...Hello..I am F-Faeron...would you like to...to d-dance?" he stuttered over the words nervously, unused to speaking to girls.
Auraka laughed lightly, pulling her lightly to her feet once more and they began to dance once more with her family. "I do to," he said.
Sahar looked back over to the girl and noted the blushing boy with a small smile. "Seems like I wont have to share you now," she said quietly, swaying slightly with the music.

Gem smiled as they continued to dance. For a moment her eyes met Ashlere's and she smiled in an almost encouraging way when the younger elf looked at the male elf near her.
“Ummm, sure Faeron,” she replied. “I'm Ashlere Evandari.” She smiled a little, she was a slight bit timid at the moment, but she stood up anyway.
Drannor chuckled under his breath. Faeron was hiding something, not that he'd say anything here. Maybe later he'd talk to the boy, but not now. A dragon to be precise. But then he growled. Something had caught his attention and it was not in this room. He sighed though, stiffening only the tiniest bit.
Gem noticed the slight change in Drannor's stance. What is it? One of Lindan Marcos' men is arguing with one of the wall gaurd's. Says he has a message for you, want me to go find out what? Go.
Drannor looked at Sahar, and stopped for a moment. “There's something I need to take care of. Won't be long.”

Sahar noticed the slight stiffen of his muscles and knew he had heard something in a mind, something he wasn't meant to. Before he had even spoke, she let him go with a small smile. "Go..be careful," she said quietly, leaving the floor and moving towards her children, waiting for him to return.
Ashlere, he mouthed the words. It suited her perfectly, her long black tresses and sea green eyes. A small nervous smile appeared as he took her hand, leading her towards the floor. Her last name didn't bother him, despite sounding somewhat familiar he had never had much meaning for last names. Being an orphan, he didn't have one. But they called him Faeron Nimdiren, Nimdiren meaning 'forgotten'.
Auraka frowned down at Gem slightly, watching as she stared at Drannor. "Whats happened?" he asked in hushed tones.

"Drannor heard one of Lindan Marcos men is arguing with one of the Hawkblades at the gates. He's going to deal with it now, so we don't have to worry." She smiled. "I hope nothing bad though, but we won't know til he gets himself back here."
"I haven't seen you around before," Ashlere said, smiling at Faeron. "You new or something?"
Drannor rushed off, knowing that the other guy wanted him over there. Didn't take long though for him to deal with the human, and with a 'wait here' he was heading back to the other in the hall. This was not good news that the human brought. Lindan Marcos woud strike soon at them, and he was already aiming at Adurna.
The other elf was wrong though, the human was not Lindan Marcos' but a runner from Adurna's lord who was loyal to Gem.

"Ah," he nodded quietly, continuing to dance as if nothing was wrong. He knew if something was that Drannor would come and get them, he had trust in the older general.
He danced well, for a shy boy. His head shook, golden brown locks shifting at the movement. "No, born and raised..." he said, somewhat unwilling to to go into his past with someone so beautiful and so...perfect. Maybe a future friend? No one wanted to be friend with an orphan.

It didn't take long for Gem to spot Drannor coming back into the building. "Think we better find out what he's found out," she commented, knowing that Sahar would have seen him already. "from his expression both bad and good came of this."
Ashlere smiled. "I guess I just haven't seen you before. I've been busy, most of the time, what with my mother training me to take her place. It's hard work, but I enjoy it." Even if she did not really have a choice in the matter. She had been brought up to be freindly to everyone she met, unless told otherwise.

Eyes trained upon the door, she waited for him to return. Every time he moved away from her, she worried. Something could go wrong so very quickly, and she hated that she couldn't be there to help. Sighing, she clutched to her sleeping twins but quickly looked back up as the door opened, a grim faced Drannor returning. Standing quickly, she hurried over to see what had happened.
Auraka nodded, seeing Drannor with ease and agreed with Gem. Something wasn't right. As one, they stopped dancing and moved though the other couples, approaching him. "Drannor, what has happened?" he asked in a low tone.
Faeron smiled shyly, nodding. "I...don't get out much," he said quietly, thinking to himself how wrong that actually was. He lived in the out doors, always out in the forest with Ani. He was only indoors when his nurse dragged him inside. "What are you training to be..with your mother?" he asked as they danced slowly, wondering to himself what it would be like with a mother. He had never had one, nor a father.

Drannor looked at Gem as he answered Auraka's question. “It wasn't one of Lindan Marcos' followers. No instead it was a runner from a town that you're very familiar with, Gem,” he said. “Adurna?” Gem asked. “Bingo. It would seem that Lindan Marcos somehow found out about you being there, and that they are not his allies but ours. He intends to strike down the town, raze it to the ground, per say.” She gasped in horror. “We can't let him. Just for keeping me from him, its too much for them to lose.” It was clear that there had to be something they could do. Drannor sighed. “The lord there asks if we can help,” he finished. “I'm not going to let them be destroyed. Tell him tomorrow we'll do what we can. After what has to happen. I think I have a plan.” One that my parents would be able to help with.
Ashlere smiled. “My mother's the current steward of the throne. I'm being trained to take her place when the time comes.” She chuckled. “Sort of like a second in charge role, she steps in when the king and queen are otherwise engaged.”
