Sahar The newly made mother smiled warmly, nodding to Nuala. "As Auraka has no family...he asked me to sing his for me," she smiled gently, having only ever truly sung to her newborn twins. Though, Auraka told her she had an amazing voice. She closed her soft green orbs, the words pouring from her very being and making all those within the crowd stare at her with slight disbelief. "If I knew how to write a song I’d write one everyday It would say that I’m in love with you And why I feel this way
It would have to say you’re pretty And as rare as a desert rose It would say you’re a looker From your head down to your toes
You are funny, dainty, fragile And as feminine as can be You’re smart charming lovely And everything to me
You’re my comfort when I’m lonely You’re my peace when I need rest Of all the women I’ve known I must rate you the best.
You’re the orchard in the jungle, you’re the better half of me You’re all of this and so much more, you mean the world to me
Still so much is left unsaid, It would take me far to long I know how much I love you, If only I could write a song." She closed her mouth, eyes flashing open and onto the awed crowd before her. Blushing a deep red, she moved back to where she stood beside Gem and waited for the ceremony to continue.

"This is bringing us almost to a finish. There are only two more things left to happen, and that is for the candles to be lit, and the vows being spoken. Though traditionally it is the male who speaks first, Gem will be first, for obvious reasons."
She looked at Gem. "Will you please repeat after me, as you gift him his ring?"
gem nodded.
"When you are sad, I will dry your tears When you are scared, I will comfort your fears When you need love, my heart I will share When you are sick, for you I will care
You will feel my love when we are apart Knowing that nothing will change my heart When you are worried, I will give you hope When you are confused, I will help you cope
When you are lost, and can’t see the light My love will be a beacon, shining ever so bright This is my vow, one that I pledge till the end For you above all are my wife and best friend
These words I have written, speak of my love for you From my lips these words spoken, shall always ring true God has blessed me, and with your hand in mine Both of our hearts, will forever intertwine
Into all lives, falls pain and sorrows, I promise together, we will meet all tomorrows Happy in marriage, honor and love blessed in unity by God above."
The ring was finally on.

Auraka The soft corners of his mouth turned, smiling down upon her. This was it, finally they would be together forever. Gently he repeated the same words as Gem, meaning every single one he spoke. ""When you are sad, I will dry your tears When you are scared, I will comfort your fears When you need love, my heart I will share When you are sick, for you I will care
You will feel my love when we are apart Knowing that nothing will change my heart When you are worried, I will give you hope When you are confused, I will help you cope

Into all lives, falls pain and sorrows, I promise together, we will meet all tomorrows Happy in marriage, honor and love blessed in unity by God above." He slid the delicate ring onto her small finger, matching his own. Gaze flickered back up to Nuala for the last part.

She was extremely happy and it showed on her face as she listened to the words he spoke as well. It was clear that he loved her and she knew it. "Before you kiss your bride, will the pair of you please come up here and light the canlde with only uoir name on it? Then together, please light the one in the center," Nuala said. "This brings this ceremony to an end, but will everyone remain seated until Gem and Auraka head into the room next door please?" Gem smiled as she moved towards the candle on the right.

Auraka
Hand slight tightly holding hers, he lit the candle with his name upon it before moving to the center one waiting for her. Together, as the couple they now where, they lit it. They were married.
Their task complete, he turned to her his large hands resting lightly upon hips as he smiled. "Now, I can kiss my bride," he whispered leaning down and kissing her gently upon the lips before taking her hand and leading the way to the reception.

She smiled as she lit her own and then the one in the middle, knowing that they would be keeping the candles at hom, not to bit lit again until one year was up. Smiling she kissed him as well, and turned to face the others.
When they reached the reception though, someone no one expected seemed to arrive. Everyone had thought her dead. It was Laura's younger sister, Ava Berilan. "Ava!" Laura exclaimed when she entered the rroom. "How can you be here?" Both the sisters hugged each other. "Never mind thats something for us to hear later. Right now, its my daughter's wedding." "I know. I only just made it."
Gem smiled as she saw what was happening. "Looks like one of my mother's siblings is alive after all," she told Auraka as they took a seat at their table. Sahar sat to one side as well. "Ava Berilan's the youngest of my grandfather's triplet girls. Laura's the eldest there."

Auraka
He smiled slightly, studying the queen's sister. "Is that so..." he murmured, having met no other of her family. He sat down beside Gem, Sahar beside him and looked around the room. The others from the town, friends and family. Though, none of his family was here. Well, none they knew they were. They were the last from the family line.
Sahar cooed at her baby twins within her arms, nodding to Gem and Auraka from where she sat. Green eyes roamed the room, wondering where Drannor had disappeared to.

It made her smile, his confusion. "She's the one who married Lindan Marcos, before he went bad," she said in an undertone. "She's the queen of the humans." She chuckled though, knowing that it was not often than others came back that no one knew were still alive. Though she knew that their dance would be very soon, and it was going to be very unexpected for him. She knew Drannor and Sahar would be leaving soon, but how soon she was not sure of at the moment. Later though, after they danced, she would give him the gift she'd made for him. Never before had she shown any knowledge about making swords, but this was the only one she would ever make.

Auraka
The face cleared, eyes landing upon Ava with a frown. "I see.." he said quietly leaning towards Gem gently "is she safe here? I mean...others wont attack her?" He only trusted the human queen as long as Gem did, and so long as she did nothing to break that trust. But wasn't it risky, despite her being an elf, have her in the middle of the elven township?

"Long as he does not show up, she's safe here. How she came without him knowing though I'm going to have to find out later on. Only way she's truly safe is if we know the full story. Drannor's watching her though, I know that much. Not with his eyes, but the other way."
She smiled. "He'll alert me if there's anything odd, don't worry." To her there was nothing to worry about at the moment. "I don't have to physically tell him to do some of the things that are needed. Nor'd he get that command from my mind, either."

Auraka
He chuckled slightly, having guessed that Drannor was already on the job. "Of course he is," he said lightly, kissing her cheek gently with a squeeze of her hand. "You know what Gem..." he whispered into her ear "I'm glad to be here with you.."
Sahar smiled at the newly wedded couple, bouncing her baby daughter upon her lap while her son slept. Her green eyes searched the room, looking for her own soon to be husband, Drannor. She hadn't seen him since the ceremony.

"Looking for me?" he asked, hugging her from behind. "Had to deal with something." There were a few things that he had to do today and he knew it. "Including keeping a constant eye on one of the guests that are here. Gem's aunt, Queen Ava. Seeing as she is married to Lindan Marcos, well, we can't trust her easily." He was a little skeptical about Gem even letting her aunt be here at the moment. But he knew who he had to keep an eye out for. "Never off duty it seems, unless I'm at home with you."
Gem smiled. "I wouldn't be here if you weren't." She laughed though, kissing him back. It was obvious that things were going the way she knew they would in her life. "And I know I embarrassed you with that sword and my head thing being brought up. Can't have people thinking we haven't had our own ups and downs now, can we?" She knew though she was teasing him. "To think you never knew how I felt until a few weeks ago. No one knew really, I kept it hidden, even from Drannor with a bit of a struggle though with that one."

She smiled gently, leaning back against his chest with a small sigh. "This will be us in a few days," she said quietly, gesturing towards the happy couple. Her eyes flashed up to look at him with a warm smile, wondering if he was feeling the same way she was.
Auraka laughed, a deep rumble of his chest though his eyes shone brightly at her words. "I only met you that day, it wasn't like I was planning on falling in love with a princess," he laughed again, head shaking. "Though, it seems we can't choose who the heart chooses," he teased her gently with a smile. "Seemed they all knew about me...Sahar guessed before anyone though," he mused softly, eyes flashing over to where his sister was hugging Drannor. "I'm glad I found her happy..." he said

“I think she'll always be happy with my cousin,” she said. “we'll know if she's not, trust me.” Smiling though, she looked over at the other two elves. There was no doubt they were happy. “Couple of days, and it'll be them in our place.” She smiled. That was something to look forwards to. To think Sahar was her sister, and Sahar did not even know it. Drannor threw her a cautioning look, which she ignored. There was no point in him telling her off at the moment. She was not doing anything wrong.
Drannor chuckled. “Indeed it will,” he said, smiling at her. “Though likely less people will be there. Maith and Soora are coming tonight, seeing as they want to be here plenty early.” He knew that was a good thing. There was never a dull moment here in Anthatal. Same would happen in his home city. He knew though that Sahar would be pleased to see Soora and Maith again. Especially since last time had not been for all that pleasant reasons, but well, that was life. This was the only way he could ever imagine his life to be, well in this lifetime at least.

Sahar smiled, soft orbs closing as she lent into his cool bodice, arms wrapped around her tightly. "Hmm..it will be good to see them again," she said, eyes flashing open as he stiffened slightly, gaze upon Gem. "What was that look for?" she asked, frowning slightly.
Auraka nodded, hand smoothed though his hair. "I know," he said softly, standing up and pulling her up with him as the music changed slightly "I think its time for us to dance, my darling queen." His eyes sparkled, leading her into the center of the floor.
