"I would have been a little bit of a challenge when you first fought me," she reminded him. "And they really are good when it comes to a team duel. You'll see what I mean. I only learnt pretty much anything from my father. He was the one who was unbeatable, until I came along and beat him, without my gift being used."
Drannor smiled down at her. "You're right. Things will get better as time goes on. We can only get stronger as a group over time." There were so many things to see to. "I have to go and make sure the other Hawkblades know what their job is tomorrow and the day after. Shouldn't be too difficult at least." At least they respected me still.

Auraka
He bobbed his head. "True," he said thoughtfully "and I have seen your father fight...he is remarkable." He chuckled, messy up her hair gently "we work well as a team as well Gem," he reminded her.
Sahar
She nodded her head "well...I'll be here....bored." She flashed him a forced smile and sighed.

"Don't you have to go meet with Gem? Not a good idea to keep her waiting, you know. Did that once, was not pleasent when I got there." Drannor chuckled at the memory. Gem really had told him off. Not to mention hadn't spoken to him for the rest of the week.
Gem smiled as she headed towards her house. "I'll see you later. I have a few last minute things to attend to before tomorrow." She gently kissed him and then headed up the stairs, Gaelira calling to Rasjar as she went. She needed to talk to the dragon.

Auraka
He kissed her back, nodding. "Have fun," he said, wandering off down the halls of his soon to be home. Rasjar lifted his large purple head at Gaelira's call, hurrying to his clawed feet and moved her way. Yes Gaelira? Gem? he asked calmly.
Sahar
"Oh yes," she said brightly, having forgotten. "I'll go right over." Kissing his cheek, she hurried out the door and down the road to Gem's home.

She smiled as she saw the big purple one landing near the house. "Up here, Rasjar," Gaelira called from where she was resting. Gem chuckled, moving up where she was herself. This was going to take some time to deal with. She was going to give Auraka something, and she needed Rasjar's help with it.

Rasjar
The purple dragon looked up, purple eyes blinking as they landed upon the to before launching himself into the air and settling beside Gaelira. You called? he asked Gem, turning a large eye to study her.

"I did." She quickly explained what she was thinking of doing. "You can't tell anyone though, not until he sees it for himself," she finished. "Will you help?"
"The scales will not be missed, they'll be back before you leave here," Gaelira said. She smiled at her mate. Also she wondered what Auraka would give her rider.

Rasjar
He let out a throaty chuckle, bobbing his purple head in agreement. "Of course," he chortled and looked to Gaelira with a sparkling orb "would you think I would miss a scale? Gaelira, really I should think you would know me better." He reared back onto his haunches, claws tapping on a scale now and then before landing upon a deep purple one of his chest. "Here," he said, pulling the loose scale off and handing it to her "how many did you need?"

She looked at the size of the big thing. "Three more, should do." She smiled. "Thank you." "I'll leave you to it, I need to go hunt, I'm hungry," Gaelria said, leaping into the sky. There was a pile of steel lying nearby, that Gem had carefully collected. This though she broke into several pieces. Soon with magic, she had the sword forming. "Do you think he'll like it, Rasjar?"

Rasjar
He continued tapping on the scales, nodding and murmuring to himself as he removed three more purple scales and dropping them gently to Gem's pile before dropping back to all fours. "There you go," he hummed, settling by the burning fire and watching Gem work "I think he'll like it, he's getting to strong for that toothpick of his."
Auraka
He sat at the desk, tapping it with his fingers before finally coming up with a plan. A sword, he would give her a sword. Searching with his mind for his bonded, he found it oddly blocked. Rasjar? Is everything okay? Yes Auraka came the calm reply, the mental shield tightening around the hidden parts of his thoughts. But Auraka could still sense him talking to someone...just not who. Oh...okay, he said before continuing with his purpose can you and Gaelira come here please?\ Coming...
Rasjar
"Auraka's called," he told Gem, shifting to his feet and nodding goodbye before leaping into the air. Gaelira? he called for his mate.
Sahar
The heavily pregnant teen tapped on the door lightly, waiting for Gem's reply or at least a summon.

"I know why, but don't worry he won't know I know unless you tell him, but please don't."
Gaelira huffed as she finished off the deer she'd caught. Then she leapt into the sky easily beating Rasjar back to his rider. "You called?" she asked.

Rasjar
He chuckled, of course she knew before landing nimbly beside his larger mate. "Hello Auraka," he greeted his bonded one, eye landing upon him and waited for him to continue.
Auraka
He grinned, rubbing the purple snout and looked between th two. "I have been thinking of something to give Gem at our wedding...and finally I have the perfect gift!" he grinned "a sword." He then continued to explain his plans to Gaelira, who would need to help him with a small task. "Is that alright Gaelira? I would understand if you said no...but I hope you would help."

"It's easy enough," Gaelira replied, smiling. Standing up, she shook herself, whole body shaking. out came several things loosely, even feathers from her long wings. Several scales too. "Will they do?" she asked. She knew that the way she dealed with such things was different to those of the Moon like her mate.
"Come in, if you're not Auraka!" Gem called hearing the knock on the door. She did not need Auraka here at the moment. She moved into her house, carrying the sword so that she could make its sheath. It was a beautiful weapon, and she knew that it would even withstand the attacks a vampire used. Though it was not strong enough to kill a vampire, nothing was except the things Drannor said.

Auraka
He collected the scales and feathers with a small nod. "Thanks Gaelira, they are perfect," he said with a grin "and you two, don't tell Gem okay, I want to surprise her for once." Rasjar snapped playfully at a falling feather as it brushed against his nose, nodding to Auraka. "Of course," he chuckled, sending Gaelira a small smile over his head.
Sahar
The red head popped inside the door, a small smile on her lips. "Why can't Auraka enter?" she asked Gem, entering the room and settling on the floor beside Gem.

"I won't tell her," Gaelira replied, smiling. She knew her rider was already aware of what was going on over here. Auraka had already told her himself. Not that Gaelira showed that Gem knew.
"I don't want him seeing this," she replied, revealing the gleaming sword. "He can't see this till tomorrow, and its not complete." She smiled. "Odd though, my parents did the same thing when it came to their gifts for each other. Swords forged by themselves for each other. Don't think Auraka's doing this though."
